In RC Kids, we are passionate about your child having fun, building relationships, and most importantly, learning about Jesus on their level. We partner with parents by encouraging relationships between children and trusted leaders. We prioritize creating a safe environments for your kids. Our volunteers are required to undergo background screenings as well as training.
From birth through 5th grade, RC Kids is built to show kids that they are created in the image of God and are loved by God. We do this by caring and praying, worshipping, teaching and just having fun with your children.
Safety: All children our registered and given a sticker at check-in. Their guardian will be given a sticker with a unique identifier to pick up the child after service. If an issue occurs, parents will be texted and located in service.
Medical Needs: We do our very best to accommodate medical needs and allergies. If your child has any type of medical issue or allergy, please alert our check-in team and they will add it to your child’s profile. The note will appear on their name tag when printed and we offer medical alert stickers that can be added to the child’s shirt as well for additional identification. We do our best to ensure any food provided is gluten-free, dairy-free and peanut-free.
Nursery (birth thru 2 years)
Our nursery enviroment is designed for the littlest of those to be comforted, crawl, and play as they engage with our volunteers. We do not serve snack in the nursery room and follow any feeding instructions provided by the guardian.
Preschool (2-5 years)
Once your toddler is ready to enter the preschool environment (between 2 and 3 years old) they will begin a whole new adventure of discovering Jesus’ love through songs, teaching, crafts and play. A gluten-free, dairy-free, peanut-free snack and water is made available to children in preschool. We also offer bathroom trips and assistance as needed with the understanding many of our little ones are still potty training.
Elementary (K-5th grade)
In our elementary room, kids will experience the love of Jesus through play, worship, teaching and interacting with their peers and leaders as they break up into small groups and discuss the lesson and work on activities together. Snacks are not made available in this classroom, but treats are occasionally offered.

Tokishia Ragland – Children’s Director
Tokishia has served in Children’s Ministry since 2004! She leads RC Kids (birth-5th grade) and serves alongside an amazing group of volunteers. One of her greatest joys in life is partnering with parents to lay a strong biblical foundation in the lives of children. Over her years of ministering to children, Tokishia has served and led on every level from rocking babies to leading multiple campuses; and adamantly believes that each position is equally important when it comes to the health of a ministry centered on introducing kids to the love of Christ! Tokishia is married to Kendal, and they have 3 amazing boys, Kenda Jr.l, Khyan, and Kingston!
